Job Description
Our client is a Financial Services Company with over 1000 users in Hong Kong. They are actively looking for an infrastructure engineer in their expanding IT team mainly responsible for all rounded infrastructure project delivery
As an infrastructure engineer in the service delivery team, you will be the one responsible to communicate with business units/vendor to get the requirements and work with the other technical infrastructure teams for service delivery, as well as all the systems, database and networking installation, configuration, deployment etc. You can expect that is the role to gain some more Financial Services big scale infrastructure project experience rather than infrastructure support in the future to develop your career.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Business Units and vendors to make sure the vendors delivery their service follow the SLA
- Communicate with other technical infrastructure team for infrastructure solution design and the design the guide line for support.
- Tier 3 infrastructure backend support and assist the other infrastructure team to handle projects delivery.
Requirements:
- 5 years of IT infrastructure support and configuration experience.
- Solid knowledge of Windows/Unix server, VMWare, Oracle database and Cisco network products.
- Financial Services experience is NOT a must.
- Project coordinate and services delivery experience is a big plus
- MCSE, MCP, OCP, PMP,ITIL, CCNA or CCNP or other IT infrastructure related certification is a plus
