Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide PC support to end-users
- Perform daily system & network maintenance and monitoring
- Epicor ERP System support
- Working hours from 1:30pm to 6:00pm Monday through Friday
Qualifications and Required Attributes
- A recognized diploma / degree / T.I. in computer studies or related disciplines
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Unix, Mac, Lotus Domino / Notes, Mobile or Networking equipment is preferred
- Knowledge of Epcior ERP system will be an advantage
- Effective communication with internal customers on technical issues
- Smart, willing to learn with initiative
- Willing to work overtime if necessary
