Job Description

A well-established local client of ours is currently seeking a high calibre candidate for the following position:

 

System Analyst/ Assistant IT Solution Manager

(2 vacancies)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Involve in various system requirement studies
  • Evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, and decomposes the high-level user requirements into details for confirmation with the concerned parties
  • Works out the possible IT solutions with IT Solution Manager and business stakeholders
  • Documents the business and functional requirements for subsequent system implementation
  • Conducts the data analysis and database design under the requirement domains with performance and infrastructure constraints
  • Implements IT solutions according to the agreed project schedule and conducts post-implementation review
  • Provides on-going application system support and maintenance
  • Coaches Analyst Programmer and Programmer in both IT technical and application system aspect

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines
  • 4 years of relevant IT experience with at least 1 year involving in the logistic supply chain area
  • Proficiency in ASP.Net, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, Java/C#, C/C++, SQL and ER/Class Diagram are essential
  • Hands-on experience in ORACLE database administration is essential
  • Knowledge in web and mobile design will have an advantage
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks under pressure
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and trouble-shooting skills
  • Good communication and writing skills, in both Chinese and English
  • Pager support is required in non-office hours on a rotation basis
