Job Description
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Manage CRM system upgrade and payment gateway integration project
- Lead project planning sessions, discuss with end users including Donor Services, Donor Acquisition and Finance teams to collect user requirements
- Discuss with vendors for technical requirements of system upgrade
- Designing and signing off on contracts
- Manage project progress, prepare test cases for UAT and support end users at UAT
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Ensure projects meet deadlines
- Conduct project review and creating detailed reports
- Participate in the design, submission and review process
- Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3-5 years working experience in managing system integration project, preferrably with NGO background
- Have strong experience in CRM system, with experience in salesforce.com implementation is highly preferred
- Ability to tactfully and positively manage and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and vendors
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
This position is on a fixed term contract for 6 to 9 months.
