Responsibilities:

• Assist to develop and implement customers and distributors services strategies to align the Company overall services direction and position.
• Assist to review service standards to ensure the service turnaround times and service quality are achieved.
• Manage daily operations of service centre.
• Assist to review and streamline departmental workflows and procedures to ensure a high level of performance is maintained.
• Obtain feedback from different internal customers on the service delivered and recommend improvement plan as appropriate.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• University graduate with minimum 6 years working experience, preferable in financial industry.
• At least 3 years experience at supervisory level.
• Solid experience in service centre management with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of financial and insurance products.
• Good command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Customer focused, People-oriented, self-motivated, patient, cheerful and positive.
• High emotional maturity and able to work under pressure.
