Our client, a leading insurance company in market, is recruiting for a Technical Support Officer for their IT team:

Job Descriptions:

• L1 support, corresponding L2, L3
• Provide technical service support, installation and maintenance for internal users
• Maintain IT inventory, software, hardware and networking equipment
• Monitor the IT System health status, network performance and security control
• Liaise with external vendors on upgrade and maintenance work
• Maintain knowledge database to ensure all information is up-to-date
• To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in related fields
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in IT infrastructure and system support
• Good communication skills and telephone manner
• Customer service orientation and/or prior customer service training
• Good Team player
• Banking or Insurance experience will be advantageous
