Responsibility:

• Handle support calls, troubleshoots, and resolving user problems
• Carry out day-to-day maintenance, operation, management and procurement of IT equipment and
• application support to end users
• Software and hardware installation and configuration
• Manage the servers, data and voice network infrastructure
• Procurement and manage for IT and technological equipment and software licences
• Other ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Studies or related discipline;
• 5 years working experience in helpdesk support with knowledge on MS Windows, Office 365
• TCP/IP networking and cloud computing
• Knowledge and actual experience on Network Performance Tuning
• Design & management of high availability & disaster recovery
• Familiar in installation and configuration for Windows 7 and Windows 10, Microsoft Exchange,
• Google mail, DNS, PC, Server, Router, Switch, Tel-system;
• Proficiency in installation, configuration and management for common Ms Office software such as
• Ms Office, adobe, Vm-ware, Exchange, SQL, Android, IOS and Active Directory (AD) etc.
• MCSE, MCP, or related certifications are required;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Good problem solving skills and proactive working attitude;
• Clients focus with strong interpersonal skill and willing to learn
