Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct feasibility study and gap analysis to recommend solutions
- Collect and review user requirements and translate into technical specifications
- Liaise with users, vendors and developers on project deliverables
- Participate in system and integration testing, implementation and user training
- Provide related post project support to business users
- Preparation of tender documents and evaluation of vendor proposals
- Driving continuous improvement on the existing systems
Requirements
- Bachelor in IT or related disciplines
- 4 years or above experience in ERP, WMS, BI
- Experience in packaged ERP (Microsoft Dynamics365 / AX / SAP) preferred
- Experience in BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / SAP BO) preferred
- At least 3 years of work experience in retail / supermarket industry
- Experience in Data Warehouse and ETL implementation is a plus
- Hands-on experience with SQL
- Knowledge in system integration / interface (API)
- Experience in collaborating with external development team and vendors for project delivery
