Position summary:

An Actuarial Assistant will provide support to various actuarial functions in respect of IBNR reserving, product pricing and portfolio monitoring for the GI business

The Job:

• To assist in the preparation of actuarial reports and management reports
• To assist the development and maintenance of valuation models for IFRS17
• To develop R programs for data massage, reserving, and reporting
• To provide support to ad-hoc data analysis

The Person:

• University graduate in Actuarial Science or related disciplines 
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to meet tight deadline
• Strong skill in Excel (and VBA) and R programming is a must
• Experience in Prophet is a plus
