• Seeking solid P&I professional, with 3+ years Business Development, Underwriting or Broking experience
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
  

What the role is:

• Explore, identify, attract and develop new mutual and fixed P&I business in Greater China
• Develop and maintain excellent client and broker relationships
• Ensure top service to clients and brokers
• Attend and sometimes present at shipping industry events and meetings
• Be a key “face of the club” in Greater China

What we expect:

• Good knowledge of P&I marine insurance and the shipping market in Greater China
• 3+ years of solid P&I business development, underwriting or broking experience
• An existing strong industry network is a big plus
• Native/Fluent Mandarin
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel and be a key “face of the club” in Greater China
• Positive, hardworking and well-organized
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
