Responsibilities

• Assisting the Supervisor in claims handling
• Registering and updating claims
• Handling direct customer enquires
• Handling claims on certain lines
• Perform daily operational job and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• DSE or above with minimum 1 year working experience preferably in general insurance field
• Holder of professional insurance qualification such as ACII/ANZIIF or partial fulfillment of these qualification is preferred
• An organized team player with excellent sense of responsibility
• Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese typing
