Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Supervisor in claims handling
- Registering and updating claims
- Handling direct customer enquires
- Handling claims on certain lines
- Perform daily operational job and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- DSE or above with minimum 1 year working experience preferably in general insurance field
- Holder of professional insurance qualification such as ACII/ANZIIF or partial fulfillment of these qualification is preferred
- An organized team player with excellent sense of responsibility
- Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese typing
