Key Responsibilities:

• Provide case/product underwriting support to fronting and fac. business of A&H RI
• Responsible for daily underwriting routine for inward A&H business (fac. and treaty)
• Ensure profitable growth by reviewing, establishing and managing business underwriting rules and underwriting rates
• Establish/review new product underwriting rules/health declarations/policy provisions of fronting products/programs
• Analyze performance by product by channel level, initiate and follow through corrective actions as required
• Monitor loss ratio performance for the reinsurance accounts and take corrective action as required

Key Requirements:

•  University degree holder in Science / Commerce or other related disciplines or equivalent
• At least 5-8 years’ relevant experience in A&H insurance underwriting and product development, medical underwriting experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Good analytical skill
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently, accountable and responsive
• Teamwork player
• Able to work under pressure
