Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization in Hong Kong office
• Participate in formulating and administering company policies, directing and coordinating all divisional department activities to develop and implement long-range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives
• Managing recruitment process of managerial and non-managerial positions and negotiating business contracts  
• Orienting, training, coaching, and counseling new employees to connect with the business of Mainland companies

Requirements:

• At least 10 years working experience in Pharmaceutical or Health foods Industry of which 5 years at senior management level in MNC or listed companies
• Solid understanding with the legal systems of China
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial statements and analysis
• With working experience in the domestic pharmaceutical industry (including production, wholesale, chain retail) in China
• Good command of Mandarin ability
• Able to work under pressure and deadlines
• Immediately available is preferred
