Job Description
With over 12,000 employees, our client is a leading garment manufacturer with production bases in China and overseas countries, and now looking for Production Managers to station China or overseas for managing production operation and its related supporting departments.
Job Description
Reporting to GM, the Production Managers will mainly require to carry out production planning, oversee production operation and execute initiatives for continuous efficiency improvement and management on production operation, quality control and on-time delivery. Also, he needs to responsible for factory audit and liaises with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective factory management and production efficiency.
Job requirements
- Higher Diploma or above holder in Textile/Industrial Engineering or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of solid working experience in cut & Sewn or woven production with at least 3 years at managerial grade
- Hands-on knowledge of ISO certification, lean management and ERP operation
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills
- Good commend of both written and spoken English & Mandarin
- With computer knowledge such as MS Office
- Station China or overseas
