Job Responsibilities

• Establish a competitive advantage to sustain leadership presence in the market. Set an end-to-end vision and strategy for our used mobile lifecycle management business to enable profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
• Provide strategic leadership across the portfolio of business units, owning the organizational planning/ executional process and platform to set and achieve key company growth goals.
• Aggressively identify and drive direct / indirect transactional sales, business development and cross-subsidiary growth opportunities with CompAsia’s regional and country-based sales and operational teams. 
• Manage teams responsible for day-to-day business operations, and simultaneously creating a culture of growth-driven execution across the portfolio. 
• Utilize industry and marketplace knowledge and professional contacts to identify and target partner / customer acquisition opportunities. 
• Work collaboratively with CompAsia’s senior leadership team to drive operational best practices throughout the portfolio to optimize business performance.
• Manage and achieve key business financial performance indicators such as orders, revenue, base/variable costs and margin. Deploy and support resources to meet financial / operating objectives.
• Develop and manage operating budgets with subsidiary leadership and perform periodic reviews to understand progress towards revenue and profitability objectives.
• Represent CompAsia both externally and internally. Build strong relationship with customers, government, institutions, professional associations, trade and industry councils. Create and leverage influential networks and relationship in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and international markets to drive aggressive business performance.
• Other tasks assigned from time-to-time.

 Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or any other related discipline.
• Master Degree or MBA is preferable. 
• Fluency in English
• Native fluency in Cantonese / Mandarin
• Willingness and ability to travel
• Extensive years of progressive business leadership experience in sales, marketing or services with demonstrated mindset to provide solutions for customers.
• Proven ability to lead, influence and build strong relationship with diverse people in a multi-functional organization.
• Ability to envision and empower the team - foster an environment where diverse people can maximize their potential.
• Ability to inspire a business culture that is centered on sustainable growth, development of best practices, continuous improvement, and success.
• Natural leader adept in building, leading, and inspiring teams. Ability to lead and build a high-performance local team including sales, business development, and technical support.
• Experience with metrics-based sales management techniques (Daily/weekly activity levels, pipeline growth and coverage, forecasting accuracy).
• Demonstrated aggressive sales hunter / farmer experience growing transactional revenue and profit for technology/software businesses. 
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management (e.g. C-level to operation levels).
• Experience in extreme situations such as start-ups/ turn around. (Preferred)
• Experience across multiple functional areas such as sales, marketing, product development, implementation, service. (Preferred)
