Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for establishment of sales policy in the assigned market for report to management at Corporate office & Regional HQ
• Responsible for creating new business in the assigned market and trade
• Responsible for identifying market trends and competitive rate actions to optimize company revenue and fill-up(vessel load factor)
• Responsible for analyzing market trends and competitors service network to propose new service product
• Exercises discretion and independent judgment by developing, engaging and maintaining a short and long-term forecast and marketing plan
• Responsible for assessing working practice in each satellite office to optimize productivity of each office
• Responsible for identifying the competitive service strengths and weaknesses of the company and making recommendations to constantly improve
• Responsible for other duties including: sales presentations, internal education to upgrade employees capabilities
• Strengthening business and commercial bond with clients within the Southern China area,  e.g Guangdong Province and Hong Kong
• Performs other duties as assigned by management

Job requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 10 years over in a General Management in Operation Excellence role within large and complex service related businesses, preferably in shipping, transportation and logistics.
• Innovative and forward-thinking leader who drives an engaging high-performance culture
• Strong commercial acumen with an ability to manage a multi layered and complex P&L
• Experience working in a Liner business
• Experience within the Supply Chain and Transport environments
• Strong self-motivation, drive & initiative
