Job Description
Responsibilities
- Base in Hong Kong
- Monitor & expand in 4 business units in Hong Kong & Macau
- Evaluate business performance base on present sales
- Motivate & expand sales team from 15 to 30
- Maximize market penetration
- Review operation procedure, ensure all business units are working as efficiently as possible
- New product launch
- Work closely with senior management
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years experience in sales supervisory role on 30 + team
- Hands-on, capable to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent in English & Chinese
- Familiar with trading business and supply chain logistics in company with not less than 50 employees
- Creative problem solving
