Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the operation of Sample Development Centre;
• Monitor the budget and manage resources of the Centre;
• Maintain the sustainable growth of the Centre;
• Supervise a team of sample development professionals;
• Develop and implement Centre's activities, e.g. organising and marketing of workshops / seminars;
• Responsible for recruitment of membership for the Centre. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum ten years of working experience in clothing manufacturing industry, preferred in fashion products;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• High initiative, self-motivated, independent and mature;
• Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet tight deadline. 

Terms of Appointment:  Starting salary and level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Remuneration package will be highly competitive.  The Authority provides excellent staff development opportunities.
