Responsibilities:

• Explore and develop business opportunities of stonework in the construction field.
• Conduct client meetings and provide presentations, specification and follow up service to prospective clients.
• Responsible for coordination work with architect, consultants, and sub-contractors.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Form 5 (HKCEE) or Form 6 (DSE) or above, pass in at least 2 of the following subjects: Chinese, English or Maths; OR Certificate or above in Building Studies or related disciplines;
• Fresh Graduates are welcome;
• Sales-orientated to identify and develop business opportunities;
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good Mandarin, fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Able to manage project independently and work under pressure;
• PC literate, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CAD and Chinese WP;
• Self-motivated, aggressive and hardworking;
• Oversea / China travel required.

5 days work & 6 days work bi-weekly.
