Job Description

Responsibilities

To plan & managed project & event efficiently
To supervise project & event setup / dismantle professionally
To communicate with vendors and project team effectively
Budget planning & cost control is a must
To organize factory logistic between office and event venue in a timely manner

Requirements

Min 5 years working experience with related field
At least 2 years managerial experience in similar field
Strong production knowledge is necessary
Excellent in project planning and operations
Proficient in spoken and written English is a must
Responsible, dynamic & self-motivated, willing to work overtime
Good experience in exhibition & event operation is advantage
