Responsibilities:

• Follow up order from sample development to bulk shipment and ensure getting information on schedule and accurately
• Order fabric, trims and accessories for Vietnam production
• Co-ordinate with factories to develop sample and bulk production smoothly and on schedule; therefore, travel oversea factories may be required; including Vietnam, etc.
• Communicate with customers, counterparts in Vietnam Office, fabric mill and accessory suppliers
• Develop and expand businesses & new development
• Work on costing details and price negotiation
• Oversea product development and pricing
• Handle data entry of PLM system and operation system.
• Participate in the team on achieving departmental target and company goals with corporate timeline
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder and/or Advanced Diploma in Textile and Clothing of Polytechnic University or related discipline is preferred
• At least 10 years’ in experience in Men’s woven shirt is required; candidates with less experiences would be considered as Merchandiser.
• Solid experience in U.S.A. market is highly preferred
• With Experience in dealing with off-shore factories, production follow-up and costing
• Good knowledge in production, materials, fabric and garment
• Mature, responsible, proactive, well organized, able to work independently and under pressure
• Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluent spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
• Hands on PC skills, including MS office (i.e. Words, Excel, PowerPoint and e-mail); as well as English and Chinese typing
• Factory experience is preferable
• Willing to travel when required
• Able to work independently
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
