Requirements:

• At least 5 years experienced in Project Management preferable in mobile accessories such as protective phone cases
• Possess experience in managing a 3-5 people team
• Able to build strong relationship with customers
• Effective oral and written communication skills in Chinese, English or Japanese , proficient in Mandarin
• Familiar with the process flow of a factory
• Good planning, analyzing and problem solving skills
• Independent, self-motivated , good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to station in our factory in Dongguan , China ( 5 days work weekly)

Key Responsibilities:

• To be responsible and lead the product development team to follow up costing , product development and bulk production until delivery
• To work closely with QA team to ensure product specification and quality requirements are properly executed in productions
• Able to maintain effective communications and good relationship with customers
• Able to resolve problems for the teams and being proactive in problem solving
• To manage from product development till bulk production
