Responsibilities:

• Review market, material and technology trends
• Update business strategy, product portfolio and product roadmap and Identify new initiatives if appropriate
• Provide professional quantitative and qualitative market research support for Product Creation and Product Introduction and Sales processes
• Generate Market Intelligence, market reporting & forecasting, as well as Consumer, Design and Competitor Intelligence
• Make sure that all initiatives are new and meaningful innovations, based on real understanding of trends, market demands and technology
• Create appropriate design solutions that fulfill consumers and commercial requirements in line with marketing directions
• Prepare launch of a product range within a launch window to enable successful sell-in and –out in markets.
• Create trade presentations and define product portfolio and introduce product range to trade partners
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirement:

• 8 years of product development experience in Footwear Industry
• Degree in Product Design, Engineering, Business or related discipline
• Strong market sense, design talent, creativity and innovation
• Strong on materials and vendors sourcing
• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Illustrator, etc
• Strong project management, leadership and communication kills
• Self-motivated, independent as well as being a good team player
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Willing to travel when required & as necessary
