Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma or above
• Minimum 5 years in Merchandising experience or buying offices
• Develop Sourcing strategies for supplier
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skill to liaison between buyers and factories
• Experienced in Activity tracker/Smart watch is a PLUS
• Excellent communication skills both in English and Mandarin
• Proven experience to be able to work with overseas buyers Independently
• Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS office applications

Responsibilities:

• Good knowledge in Activity tracker/smart watch and/or apps testing
• Work experience with Buyer to understand their requirement
• Manage product development and production process
• Develop strong relationship with existing suppliers and identify improvement and cost saving opportunity.
• Source appropriate product and qualified factories, negotiate prices and terms and ensure new supplier in compliance with commercial requirement and quality standards
• Closely monitor the production status on product specifications and shipment delivery on time
• Ensure the products meet the health and safety standards for EU Market
• Monitoring process at different stages of the critical path
• Follow up the QA approval process including product function and safety
• Monitor supplier performance and make recommendations for improvements
