- Min 8 years in product and design development in Watch Industry
- Strong knowledge of individual component sourcing
- Excellent technical knowledge of production
- Ability to handle communication with both vendors and clients
- Understanding of commercial and market trends
- Fluency in English a must
- Aggressive, self-driven responsible, well organized
- Detail oriented and ability to work under pressure
- Fluency, ease and speed using a wide range of software applications such as Excel, Powerpoint.
