Job responsibilities:

- Assist Department Head with routine and ad hoc tasks

- Data entry for our Retail and Inventory system

- Handle stock inventory

- Follow up customer orders

- Prepare order related documents

- Coordinate with Frontline shops, Production and Shipping departments.

Requirements:

- Secondary to Tertiary education

- Enthusiastic in learning, detail-minded and hardworking

- Fast and accurate typing with speeds 40 words/min (English), 30 words/min (Chinese)

- Computer applications, like Word and Excel
