Responsibilities:

• Responsible for material management, inventory management, production planning and control
• Manage and update materials planning timely in the MRP system
• Monitor and control material receiving, kitting and finish goods delivery
• Manage material warehouse and work closely with purchasing team for material delivery, pull in or push out to improve inventory turns
• Manage and control subcontractors for semi-product delivery
• Develop and enhance PMC strategies, policies and processes to optimize warehouse capacity, enhance productivity and minimize costs
• Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the production efficiency and material control perspective
• Lead a high performing team that meets agreed objectives to deliver best practices with results
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Engineering or Science, Purchasing Management or related Discipline
• Minimum 5 years in managerial position and with Material Planning & Control and Warehouse in the area of footwear, toy or accessories
• Capable to streamline operations workflow to achieve cost effectiveness
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/MRP/MES
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Station in Dongguan China
