Responsibilities:

• Responsible for footwear/toy/accessories bulk quality assurance and control according customer, product and quality specifications identified
• Liaise with customers, merchants and suppliers effectively regarding all sampling, technical and quality issues and the execution of corrective actions and preventive actions if required.
• Provide technical guidance pro-actively to relevant stakeholders
• Monitor the QC team taking in-line inspection, trouble shooting and prevent major issues in final inspections. Address any potential problems from factories and rectify them immediately
• Monitor factory production status, control factory's quality and schedule for factories, on a regular basis to evaluate factory production quality status with assessment
• Constantly review the quality standards / AQL performance and action improvements in a planned and strategic way
• Ensure the sustainability of a best in class Quality system, in compliance with ISO9001 etc. where applicable
• Take a key leadership role to ensure all products manufactured or outsourced are fully complied within customer, product and quality specifications, full compliance of goods safety and regulatory requirements, system integrity in documentation control including product spec and engineering changes, materials and product traceability, and to foster a TQM quality culture across all operations within the company
• Develop and implement practical Quality strategic objectives of continuous improvement in quality system, TQM concept, Supplier’s quality and goods safety
• Manage a sizeable team with closely monitoring the resources and budget plan
• Lead and Develop strong quality control team with an appropriate management structure and clearly define roles and responsibilities and accountabilities to subordinate staff and regularly review their key performance indicators
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

 
Requirement:

• 8-year working experience in footwear/toy/accessories
• Diploma or above in Engineering or related discipline
• Experience in team management and QA/QC planning
• proficient in Footwear/Toy/Accessories quality standards and technical knowhow
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma implementtions
• Strong project management, leadership and communication kills
• Self-motivated, independent as well as being a good team player
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Station in DongGuan
