Our client is a Asian based exhibition service marketing integrator with Head Quarter based in Hong Kong. To cope with their growing business, they are looking for a Senior Project Manager to ensure the exhibitions can be carried out smoothly. Candidates who have 5+ years experience in handling account servicing and project management are highly welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the projects can be completed timely, efficiently, safely and professionally with high standard performance
• Work independently or to lead a team in handling account servicing & project management on various types & scale of projects 
• Work closely with account servicing team and vendors to achieve customers' goals
• Follow up & monitor project management procedures, inclusive of obtaining client’s project requirement, design briefing and presentation, preparation for quotation and costing sheet, and confirmation of contract, production briefing, quality inspection, operation planning and site operation (from move-in, standby to move out stage), and filling job completion form, etc.
• Coach and guide subordinates for the knowledge and technique in planning sales activities, project operation & problems solving
• Occasionally travel to overseas and PRC is required

Requirements

• A Bachelor Degree holder or above; and / or you have
• Minimum 6 years of solid experience in Exhibition Industry or related industries
• Strong project management skills
• Proactive, independent thinker, detail-oriented and a team player
• Strong organizational, problem solving and communication skills
• Proficient in written and spoken Putonghua, English and Cantonese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered Project Manager
