Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible and supervision for the customer service team.
- Develop, motivate, coach and monitor the team members to ensure the highest quality of service to our clients.
- Handle customers’ complaints
- Support implementation of online ordering platform.
- Prepare management report for management review.
- Monitor payment from clients.
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent
- 6 to 8 years relevant working experience, with at least 3 year managerial experiences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and aggressive, Mature, strong leadership and high responsibilities.
- Must be very strong in excel and powerpoint for monthly reporting.
- Very strong in data analyze and statistical researching.
- Good command of written & spoken English.
- Experience in printing, woven label is preferable.
- Frequent travel to China Factory.
