Job Description 

• Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents
• Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system
• Handling and monitoring of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing parts
• Prepare reports and summarize data for purchases and sales analysis purposes
• Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products
• Source for new parts, suppliers or sub-contractors when the need arises

 Requirements 

• Degree Holder, Higher Diploma or above
• Internship experience in production is an advantage
• Strong self-motivation, willing to learn sense of responsibility and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Chinese word processing
