Responsibilities:

• Ensure products are evaluated and tested in accordance with international quality standard and mandatory requirements.
• Prepare and control the quality relevant documents.
• Act as the contact point on all quality, testing & factory audit matters (both internally and externally).
• Coordinate with respective departments to perform investigations of discrepancies, failures, complaints or any adverse issues and take necessary actions to resolve them and prevent their recurrence, when necessary.
• Maintain an awareness of new or proposed legislation, and international or industry standards that impact the business and communicate any necessary actions to management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 3 years experiences of QA/QC gifts, toys, garment and accessories field experience.
• Familiar with industry and international technical standards on product quality.
• Experience in working with accredited laboratory.
• Knowledge of factory audit requirements is preferred.
• A team player and must have aptitude working with different cultures.
• Strong integrity and professional ethics.
• Capable to speak English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Business travel is required.
• Immediate available or short-term notice would be highly preferred.
