Manager – QC/QA & Compliance (Overseas)

With over 12,000 employees, our client is a leading garment manufacturer and exporter with production bases in China and overseas, and now looking for Manager – QA & Compliance (Overseas) to join the group.

Job Description

• Require to lead QC/QA and Compliance Teams to conduct quality control, quality assurance and factory compliance work
• Maintain and review QC/QA and compliance policies, procedures and practices to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies
• Effectively prepare and manage internal and external audits and drive timely follow-up on corrective action plan to all findings
• Maintain and implement quality system to ensure members aware of quality requirements
• Involve in all quality related documentation and records

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Quality Management, Textile and Garment, or related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance/factory compliance and with about 3 years in garment manufacturing industry
• Solid experience in handling ISO documentation
• Organized, self-motivated and detail-minded
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Immediate availability is preferable
• Station overseas
