Job Responsibilities:

l   Oversee the daily operation of the production workshop efficiently and effectively

l   Ensure on-time delivery and quality production

l   Monitor costing and budgeting control

l   Drive for continuous improvement for production process

l   Liaise with internal and external stake-holders for production, technical and quality improvement closely

l   Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

l   Solid training of Textiles & Clothing or related disciplines

l   Over 15 years working experience in garment industry, with hands-on experience of US & European market

l   Station at Panyu factory of PRC

l   Strong leadership, detailed mind, well-organized, self-motivated, high integrity and strong interpersonal skill

l   Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
