Role Duties:

• Manage and oversee the business operation and team in Shenzhen
• Conduct detailed inspections of product runs on behalf of key accounts
• Gather proactive insight to help your suppliers improve future offerings based on challenges that arise
• Sourcing and product development
• Factory inspections and audit
• Prioritize work with factories and highlight foreseeable issues
• Help coordinate shipments to European clients
• Manage a team of 5 people in Shenzhen
• Reporting in owner based in Hong Kong

Requirements:

• At least 5+ years experience in quality assurance management
• Previous experience in printing, color processing will be highly regarded  
• Ambition with high sense of urgency and self-direction - entrepreneurial experience a big plus
• Team player with ability to work with associates from different cultures
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with an ability to consistently meet deadlines and manage a small team
• Fluency in English, Chinese and French if possible
