Responsibilities:

• Manage existing customer accounts (Europe, Asia and/or Latin America) and creating new customer relationships.
• Develop sales and marketing strategies to improve market share for existing and new product lines.
• Identify new target markets & develop strategies to enter them.
• Communicate with our China staff and other internal parties to meet delivery schedules.
• Follow up the whole merchandising process from PO receipt to shipment of goods and collection of payments.
• Coordinate samples and prepare customer presentations.
• Participate in overseas trade shows and meeting with customers. Prepare meeting notes and do follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above.
• Experience in sales & marketing preferred, not required as we will train / previous account management in the toys sector ideal.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Multiple language speaker (German, French and Spanish) preferred, not a requirement.
• Detail and a strong sense of pro-activity will also be part of your arsenal.
• Possess strong communication, analytical, leadership and presentation skills.
