Job Duties:

• Handle procurement process including inquiries, quotation, samples and delivery scheduling, etc
• To manage purchase order backlog, reschedules and cancellation, follow up orders and liase with vendors, customers, forwarders and work closely with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery  
• To prepare the shipping documents, including commercial invoice, packing list and customs declaration, etc.
• To evaluate and manage the suppliers performance and relationship in order to upkeep the service and product standard
• To control the cost of material purchasing and process price negotiation with suppliers, freight forwarders & couriers.
• To control and maintain supplier document system, including collect and maintain all supplier files stored in Hong Kong office, update the tracking record of all suppliers document timely and ensure all suppliers contracts and related supporting documents in valid
• To collect raw data and support of company internal reportings
• To assist the Supply Chain Manager / Materials Department for sourcing support or other ad-hoc job assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in purchasing, logistics or related discipline
• 3-5 years of related experience in purchase order, shipment handling and purchasing in trading or manufacturing environment is a must
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Responsible and able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Excel application
• Knowledge in SAP system is preferred
• Previous working experience gained in multinational company is preferred
