Responsibilities:

• Assist Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) to develop and maintain documentation of quality management system including system manuals, standard operational procedures (SOP), work instructions and training materials, etc.
• Implement and review the food safety and quality assurance programme
• Work and communicate frequently with other parties e.g. purchasing, production, logistics, shop
• Perform routine on line and finished products inspection at various stages in the production line
• Verify daily production and QC records
• Conduct in house hygiene monitoring and training
• Responsible for pest control evaluation and arrangement
• Assist in follow up food safety and quality complaint
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Food Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of experience preferably in food manufacturing industry
• Sound knowledge on HACCP, ISO22000 and other relevant management systems.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Self-motivated, independent and well-organized with good analytical skill
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Quality Assurance Officer
