As a direct result of the ongoing growth and a strong commitment to innovation, the opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and passionate Supply Assistant to join our team.  This role will support the sourcing and development teams to ensure on time and efficient delivery of products to our customers globally. 

Working with the guidance division managers, this role will work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, factories, product development teams as well as customers purchasing team or 3PL suppliers.  Key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring on time delivery of products and coordinating end-to-end requirements including purchasing, supply chain and shipping
• Coordinating shipping documents, custom declarations and freight costs
• Monitoring orders and shipments in transit
• Working closely with supply chain to ensure smooth and efficient flow of goods
• Ensuring relevant stakeholders are kept up-to-date with all purchasing, shipping and logistics queries and advising of any issues
• Administration activities including preparing reports, accounts documents, system updates and order processingStrong problem-solving skills, the capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities as well as being a team-player will be key to your success.  Furthermore, strong customer service and the ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships is critical.

Musts:

Previous experience in a similar role 

English + Mandarin other languages will be well regarded

Must be able to use MS Office programs 

Experience with xero would be well regarded 

Self motivated and the ability to be flexible and handle a large volume of projects at the same time
