Job Description
Responsibility:
- Provide customer services, handle customer orders, customer enquiries and related tasks support to customers
- Responsible for quotation requests, project management, process and monitor orders and samples, handle related tasks and documentation
- Work closely with customers to ensure customer's requirement and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- 2 years working experiences
- Good in PC Skills including MS-Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Good communication skills in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is an advantage
- Experience in printing industry is preferable
