Job Descriptions

• Independent communications / follow up on inquiries and orders from overseas customers
• Prepare detailed product specifications and quality documentations
• Coordinate production and shipment schedules with customers and factory
• Sampling follow up; tooling and packaging development with factory and vendors
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and well-versed in computer knowledge
• Travel to factory in Nantong (Jiangsu) as needed

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years relevant independent merchandising experience dealing directly with western customers
• Strong organizational and professional communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise between factories and customers
• Must be fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Experience with food (chocolates and candies) will be an advantage.
