Responsibilities

• Handle day to day client liaison matters
• Work with the team to deliver high quality project deliverable with budget and on schedule
• Ensure client satisfaction in designing, planning and coordinating the execution of unique digital marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute on digital projects with different parties and vendors
• Provide solutions upon client's problem
• Maintain client relationship and look for a recurrent collaboration
• Pair up with sales and make contribution to achieve the monthly sales quota and accomplish related results needed
• Ensure client’s satisfaction develop and maintain client’s relationships through face to face meeting
• Assist in issuing the quotation and contract with accuracy and timeliness
• Participate in pitch creative proposals
• Work closely with external and internal teams to deliver on client requests on time and within budget

Requirements

• University graduates with 2 years working experience in account servicing capacity from advertising agency or marketing firm
• Has good knowledge of the internet as a tool and interest in social media
• A good team player, great interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, presentable, strong sense of responsibility and able to handle multi-task.
• Excellent communication skill in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

Candidate with more experience will be considered the position of Digital Assistant Account Manager.
