Job Description

A large-scale retail group with an unparalleled & innovative digital platform is having a new headcount:

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute content marketing strategies which helps to drive organic traffic and conversions growth
  • Plan and manage the daily content of various channels
  • Develop creative writing and editorial strategy
  • Provide editorial oversight of content created by multiple parties (freelancers, vertical KOL etc)
  • Responsible for content discovery, partnership development and ensure contents are published in right channels
  • Work closely with digital marketing lead to plan and implement of digital marketing campaigns
  • Set content KPI and measure campaign effectiveness
  • Liaise with different business unit to ensure the contents displayed are relevant to consumer and make responsive adjustment if any performance shortfall
  • Formulate personalization strategy which help to obtain customer activity performance in online platform and with key objective to drive sales conversion through content engagement
  • Drive customer personalization through content design, micro segment algorithm definition, performance monitoring and content A/B testing etc.
  • Analyze results and utilize data critically to make recommendations to optimize content marketing strategies

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in eCommerce, Journalism, Marketing, communications or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in content marketing, with a proven track record in driving conversions through effective content strategy
  • Strong knowledge about SEO optimization, Content Management Systems and best practices
  • Flexible, adaptive to fast pace environment, and able to meet tight deadlines with quality output
  • Able to work independently, quickly and with limited direction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
