Responsibilities:

• Assist CRM Manager to plan and implement CRM initiatives to achieve strategic goals, including annual CRM marketing calendar with strategy & budget planning for member privileges, communications, activities & events..etc.
• Manage a 360° VIP Loyalty program to enhance customer engagement thus generate more sales opportunities
• Coordinate and handle various CRM system and data management projects, including vendor sourcing, consolidate user requirements, UAT evaluation, deployment follow up & set up the service standard KPI
• Conduct regular member’s analysis & translate the quantitative and qualitative data findings into actionable insights for member’s privileges & offer planning
• Monitor campaign effectiveness with KPI setting, on-going evaluation & improvement recommendation
• Monitor daily operation on CRM program, exceptional case management, update workflow & training materials
• Support CS team in handling customer enquiries regarding to the new CRM system/ campaign or other member benefits, and advice CS Team for the solution
• Develop & maintain CRM policies and execution guidelines for regional offices to follow
• Work closely with local & regional offices, sales operation teams and frontline to ensure campaigns can be implemented effectively
  

Requirements: 

• University graduate in Business, Management, Marketing, E-commerce or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience in CRM with supervisory capacity in retail industry, which luxury retail is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Executive
• Strong sense in CRM, customer service and marketing
• Strong project management, analytical skill and sensitive to number
• Experienced in Marketing Automation tool, new CRM System implementation & enhancement is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
