Job Description

• Assist in preparation and execution of strategic marketing plans and reviews with problem solving skill
• Assist in preparation of the annual sales and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for represented brands
• propose and keep track of marketing spending within budget
• Monitor the whole value chain including costs and market prices
• Work closely with sales team and supply chain to propose order quantity and closely monitor inventory movement to ensure appropriate stock holding for meeting the sales
• Establish and maintain good relationship with principals
• Identify new marketing opportunities via researching and identifying market trend, consumer needs, improving packaging and competition environment, etc.

Requirement:

• Degree in Business related areas
• At least 1 years solid experience in Sales & Marketing in FMCG industry.  Candidate with more experience would be considered as Assistant Brand Manager
  
• Good interpersonal skills with strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, self-motivated, detail-minded, patient and able to work under pressure
• A team player and self-starter
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of English and Chinese, Putonghua is an asset
