Responsibilities

• Organizing the production of various communication materials with the guideline from Headquarters, such as company profile, product brochures, visual branding elements, etc.;
• Producing corporate newsletter in English;
• Photo/video shooting of key events;
• Managing job reference database;
• Updating case studies and company proposal templates regularly;
• Updating corporate website and social media platforms;
• Tracking and organizing market information sharing throughout the company.
• Assisting in preparing quotation;
• Performing any other ad hoc duties

Requirements 

• Higher Diploma/Associate Degree or above 
• 2 years or above experience in B2B marketing
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Excellent English writing and communication skills;
• Detail-minded, well-organized and be able to work under pressure;
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office;
• Knowledge in AI and/or Photoshop will be an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Marketing Assistant
