Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare in all areas of event planning and logistical execution of all Events and Road shows
- Assist with all administration duties including preparing Daily Event List, Proposals and Contracts etc.
- Attend all events and road shows as required
- Venue set up and event logistics before, during and after event
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- Holder of Diploma or Certificate in Vocational Training School in Sales & Marketing, Event Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to adapt oneself to different situations
- Proactive character with initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese with Mandarin speaking a plus
- Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
