Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take campaign briefing from In-house Agency Lead to develop creative concept and storyline for content that supports marketing communication on all online & offline channels.
  • Work together with multimedia designer to create marketing assets to be used across digital platforms e.g. product-shoots, short and long videos for product and brand communication.
  • Capture and create still photography and video assets to support a variety of content requirements, including websites, social media, and various ad-type formats.
  • Manage the end-to-end production process, including cars logistics, talent sourcing and casting, script-writing, video-editing, music, after-effect, licensing content and all details to support video campaign requirements.
  • Determine the requirements of a production based on high level discussions and pro-actively resource and plan productions anticipating challenges and mitigating risks.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience producing still photography, live action, motion graphics. Ability to produce CG content is an advantage.
  • Experience with various types and scales of commercial production including product imagery, lifestyle, live action, documentaries, interviews, CG, animated illustration, and motion graphics.
  • Solid understanding of marketing communication channels and the required formats to support these channels.
  • Experience working with outsourced and in-house agencies would be an advantage.
  • Strong self-shooting and filming skills, ability to come up with ideas and basic storyboard. Strong video editing and animation skills.
  • Proven knowledge in photography, video storytelling, script writing, lighting, sound, pre- and post-production, cameras, lenses, and microphones, as well as with software platforms related to digital editing, image correction, and retouching.
  • Good communication skill in English and Chinese.
  • Technical ability to independently push projects through the entire production process, from creative concept to final deliverables, without assistance from agency.
  • Passion in cars and having strong sense in social media and digital marketing trend.
