Job Duties:

• Assist in managing day-to-day retail operation and provide general administration support to retail team
• Motivate and lead the retail sales staff to achieve monthly sales target
• Manage retail shop manpower planning and roster
• Manage retail shop inventory and merchandise display
• POS System management
• Formulate and implement marketing and promotion program
• Prepare sales report for reporting
• Daily communication with buyers to achieve sales target
• Train and motivate sales staff to deliver quality customer service
• Handle Visual Merchandising / Sales and Marketing material
• Assist for delivery arrangement and prepare delivery documents via system
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse team to ensure smooth delivery
• Event preparation and on-site supervision
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Operation or Marketing field, experience in operation or skincare industry will be an advantage
• 2-3 years related experience in operation field, preferably in retail, brand or skincare management
• Good in spoken and written in Chinese and fluent in English and Mandarin
• Problem solving, proactive, logical and analytical skills
• Good communication skills, time management skills and interpersonal skills
• Has the ability to muti-task, meet deadlines and work independently
