Job Duties:

• Prepare order, invoice and delivery documents
• Follow up sales administration process
• Arrange forwarder and warehouse to manage delivery schedule
• Manage stock via system
• Daily communication with customers and ensure smooth delivery
• Provide Sales and Marketing support
• Data consolidation and check reporting
• Handle good returns and resolve customer services enquiries/complaints
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

• F.7 or above
• 1-2 years related experience in operation field, preferably in retail, brand or skincare management
• Good in spoken and written in Chinese and fluent in English and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, logical, problem solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skills, time management and interpersonal skills
• Has the ability to muti-task, meet deadlines and work independently
